We are a friendly and close knit team at 1-2-1 with combined experience spanning over 50 years within Hospitality & Retail.

I have spent the last 19 years in the sales industry helping companies drive new business & building strong relationships which in turn help build long-term sustainable pipelines.

I first started out working for Sage as an internal Account Manager and went on to become a Team Leader responsible for a team of Account Managers.

After leaving Sage, I worked for a number of other companies within the SaaS sector, delivering good quality appointments & relationships which ultimately led to me  joining the market leader in hospitality solutions, Fourth.

In 2011 I started up 1-2-1 Hospitality with Tony O’Shaughnessy. At the time, we focused solely on hospitality using our expertise & knowledge gained in this sector but eventually branched out to multiple sectors that included retail, leisure & education.

I am a very motivated family man with a lovely wife and two wonderful children. I’m very passionate about football, supporting Crystal Palace, and 4 years ago I started up my own kids football team, Stone Cross Royals - for which I am a coach and the Chairman.

I originally came from a background in retail, spending 7 years at Dixons Carphone (formally Dixons Stores Group). I started out as a Sales Executive within Currys and soon became a Sales Team Leader. I then transferred internally to PC World and became the Business Advisor for Currys/PC World Eastbourne where my role was predominantly B2B sales.

Just over 4 years ago, I was introduced to Darren and given the chance to change career paths and join a new exciting & growing company, 1-2-1 Hospitality & Retail.

Not long after joining 1-2-1, I quickly settled within my role as Client Manager. I loved all aspects of my role from building new business relationships to helping companies grow.

Around a year ago, I became a Director at 1-2-1 and as well as continuing to manage client accounts, my role has expanded to include overseeing the operational running of 1-2-1, recruitment and marketing.

Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my wife & baby boy, getting my regular adrenaline fix on roller coasters and following my beloved West Ham United FC.

I spent 25 years in the software industry after having taken a HND in Computer Studies. I first found work as a Computer Programmer going through the ranks of Analysis, Project Manager and eventually becoming an IT Manager.

I set up ABS back in 1998 and then sold it to Fourth (formally Fourth Hospitality) in 2007. I remained with Fourth until 2011.

I re-engaged with Darren in 2011, having previously worked together at Fourth, and together we we started up 1-2-1 Hospitality.

My passion is for people & business.

I am married with two children, two grandchildren and two dogs. I love golf, reading and music.
